smoking is found in the room, a fee of R$200.00 will be charged on your bill.

Yes, you must present a photo ID. Minors under the age of 18 may not stay at the hotel without a notarized parental authorization. In accordance with Federal Law 12.038, children and teenagers identification is madatory at check-in.
Yes, all reservation must be payd in advance. Payments can be made by cash, PIX or credit card. Bookings of more than two nights require 50% of the total amount as a guarantee, and bookings of just one night require 100% payment in advance. The remaining balance will be charged at check-in and extra charges at check-out. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Elo and American Express. Personal and credit card details are encrypted for your security.
